Oobleck--Sunday Snapshot

Have you ever played with Oobleck?
My husband thought it was a great way to start Spring break.
 It's a solid or
liquid depending on pressure.
Oak says most people argue that it isn't either just that it behaves like both depending...
Either way it is a serious mess and
 Serious fun...

  5. I've done that with my 2nd grade classes a few times. Read the Dr. Seuss book "Bartholomew and the Ooblek" to go with it. It's messy, but fun. A little corn starch, a little water, a little blue food coloring if you choose = a whole lot of fun!

  7. He must be Awesome, he doesn't have a single drop on his white shirt. ;)

You should post a recipe. I just may be crazy enough come warm weather to make this outside so I can hose the kids off afterward.
